How do I claim a price match?

You can claim a refund or match a price in any Wyevale Garden Centre. While we will endeavour to process your price match claim immediately, if we cannot verify the claim on the spot, we may refer you to our in centre Manager who will try to verify your claim.
 
To match a price, we need to be able to verify the other garden centre's price and availability of stock. You will need to provide us with such evidence. If you are a member of The Garden Club,  points will only be received in relation to the matched price actually paid.
 
If you have already purchased a gardening product from us, you will have up to 28 days from the date of purchase to claim a refund from us. If you have a valid claim, we will refund you the value of the difference in price in the same form of tender used to pay for the original purchase. You will need to provide your original receipt in addition to evidence of the other garden centre's price and availability of stock. If you are a member of The Garden Club and received Garden Club points on the full value of the original purchase, any points received on the value of the difference refunded to you, will be deducted from your  points balance.
 
We reserve the right to decline a price match or refund if the terms and conditions herein have not been met.
