There are items missing from my delivery. What should I do?

If you've received a delivery and there are items missing, it may be that the order has been sent in multiple packages and the missing item is still on its way.

Please check the email you received from our delivery company with the tracking information for your consignment. This should detail how many packages are being delivered and what the delivery status of all the items in your order is.

If we've been in touch to let you know tell you that we've been unable to supply part of your order, we won't charge you for the missing items.

If you've received your order and there are still items missing and you haven't received an email about them, please contact our Customer Services Team using the 'Email us' or 'Call us' buttons below.
