How do I return products that I bought online?

Enjoy easy refunds and exchanges on your online orders
We want you to be completely happy with everything you buy from our website. That’s why we sell only the very best quality plants and gardening products.
So if your order arrives damaged, or if you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, we’ll ask you to return it to us.

Returning large products:

We can replace individual components on certain items i.e. furniture sets. Please contact customer services on 0344 272 3000 so we can help.

Returning by post:

Or, if you prefer, you can return it by post using the despatch note included in the packaging – simply tick the reason for return next to the product. Don’t forget to get a proof of postage receipt.

Our return address is: Wyevale Garden Centres, C/O iForce Ltd, Long Croft Road, Corby, Northamptonshire, NN18 8EY You’ll get a full refund within 7-14 days, once we’ve got the item back.

Returning by Collect+:

You can also return your items via Collect+. It’s easy and convenient, with over 5,500 participating stores. Mark your reason for return on the despatch note provided in the box and enclose.

Then visit www.collectplus.co.uk/retailers, choose Wyevale Garden Centres and print your label. Attach to the outside of your package and drop off at any of the participating stores. You’ll receive proof of postage and be able to track you package online.

(Texts are charged at your standard network rate)

Please note, this method is not suitable for any items over 10kgs – for those, please refer to ‘Returning large products’.

You’ll get a full refund within 7-14 days, once we’ve got the item back.

Returning to a centre:

To return a product you’ve bought from us online you can take it to a Centre, in its original packaging, and we’ll give you a refund at the till. You will need to show your despatch note or confirmation email for a refund, otherwise we will reimburse you with a gift voucher
