How do I return a damaged plant?

When you receive your delivery and suspect that there is something wrong with your plant, or if it arrives damaged, you will need to contact our Customer Services team.
 
The easiest way to do this is via the 'Email us' button at the bottom of this page. 
 
  • On the drop-down menu where it says 'I want to talk to you about',  please select 'My Order'.
  • Enter your order number into the box below and then select 'Damaged Plant' from the subject drop-down menu.
  • You will need to attach a photo of the damaged plant to the contact form by clicking on the 'Choose file' button.
  • Once the image is attached, click the 'Send' button and the form will be sent our Customer Services team.
They will then get in touch with you within 2 working days.
 
Please note you are not required to physically send the plant back to us in order to get a refund.
