How do I add points from a receipt?

If, for any reason, you cannot present your membership card for The Garden Club when you're buying something in a centre, you can add points retrospectively. PLEASE NOTE: we can only do this within a three month period of the transaction.
 
The easiest way is to send us a scan or photo of your receipt using the Contact Us form below, or send it to:

Remember to include your full name and, if possible your membership number for The Garden Club. If the value of the transaction is less than £30 and you have your receipt available we can add points over the phone.
 
Next time you visit a centre, request a Manager (or Department Manager) to contact us – with the receipt – and they can authorise the transaction over the telephone.
 
Next time you are in a centre, a member of staff can add it to their ‘Missing points form’ which is then faxed to us  and we’ll add your points.
